1. General Payment Principles

  • Transparent, secure settlement for both individual developers and enterprise accounts.
  • Settlements via official VietQR banking transfers or internal E-Wallet balances.
  • Double Verification mechanism using banking Transaction Codes for 100% accurate reconciliation.
  • All transactions and wallet deposits are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

3. 100% Automated Refund on Cancellation

  • Wallet-funded orders: If an order is canceled, 100% of the funds are refunded instantly back to the user E-Wallet balance.
  • Direct bank transfers: Accountancy refunds to the original sending bank account within 3 to 5 working days.

4. Financial Transaction Security

  • End-to-end SSL/TLS 1.3 transmission encryption protecting all payment requests.
  • ShareMap never stores banking credentials, PINs, OTP codes, or card CVV data.
  • Official electronic VAT tax invoice issued within 1 - 3 business days upon order completion.
