1. Prerequisites for Service Use
- Connectivity & Device: Stable internet access required; supported modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) or compatible mapping client libraries.
- Account & Verification: Valid verified account on https://sharemap.live with authentic legal entity details and contact information.
- API Key Security: Customers must safeguard API keys, never publish them on public repositories, and enforce Domain & IP whitelisting.
2. Quota Limitations & Rate Limiting

When quota is reached, further queries are temporarily throttled. Users may top-up requests or upgrade packages via the dashboard.
3. Strictly Prohibited Actions
- System Security: Prohibited: DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning, unauthorized penetration, or reverse-engineering.
- Data Scraping: Prohibited: Automated bulk scraping, copying vector tiles, or offline caching to build competing services.
- National Sovereignty Compliance: Display of map views on client apps must strictly abide by Vietnamese statutory sovereignty regulations.
- Unauthorized Reselling: No unauthorized resale, sub-licensing, or shared renting of API keys without prior written consent.
4. Maintenance & Temporary Suspension
- Scheduled maintenance: Conducted off-peak (00:00 - 05:00) with at least 24 hours prior notice.
- Emergency suspension: Triggered under severe cyber attacks, statutory orders, or critical abuse.
5. Violation Penalties
- Warning: Notice to remediate configuration within deadline.
- Suspension: Temporary lock of API keys or project console.
- Permanent Termination: Account banned without refund for malicious breaches.
