1. Price Listing Principles

  • ShareMap publicly and transparently lists all service rates on the official website https://sharemap.live and inside project admin consoles.
  • Pricing, daily/monthly request quotas, cycle (30 days), and features are presented clearly before checkout.
  • Zero hidden fees: customers enjoy full features and quotas without any undisclosed charges.

2. Currency & VAT Invoicing

  • Currency: All package rates, internal wallet balances (E-Wallet), and settlements are denominated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  • VAT Taxes & Invoices: Listed prices are all-inclusive of taxes. ShareMap issues legal electronic VAT tax invoices to corporate clients.

4. Quota Calculation & Usage Controls

  • One (01) billable request is logged when ShareMap server successfully returns a valid response to an API request.
  • Failed requests caused by ShareMap server-side errors are NEVER deducted from your quota.
  • Automated alerts: System displays notifications and sends emails at 80% and 100% quota consumption.

5. 15-Day Prior Notice for Price Adjustments

Any pricing adjustment is publicly announced on https://sharemap.live and emailed to users at least 15 days in advance. Active 30-day subscriptions maintain their locked-in rate until current cycle expiry.
